These terms apply to realcinemaghar.com (the “Site”), operated by Real Cinema Ghar (“RCG”, “we”, “us”). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. You must be able to form a legally binding agreement where you live to accept these terms.

Original editorial material, the Real Cinema Ghar name and logo, and the design of the Site are protected by intellectual-property laws and belong to RCG or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy, republish or exploit our material without permission except as the law allows.
4. Editorial content, reviews and opinions
Content on the Site is provided for general information and entertainment. Reviews, ratings and commentary express the opinions of their authors, not statements of fact, and you are free to disagree. Some material on the Site is clearly labelled as sample content used to demonstrate layouts; it is not published reporting. See our Disclaimer.
5. Third-party links and content
The Site may link to third-party websites, streaming services, social platforms and other resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Linking is not an endorsement. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We may in future display advertising and use affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase or sign up through a link. Where we do, advertising will be labelled and affiliate or sponsored content will be identified. Advertisers and affiliate partners are responsible for their own products and services, and we are not a party to any transaction you make with them.

If you send us a message, feedback or other material (for example through the contact form), you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to send it. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use what you send to respond to you and to operate and improve the Site. We are not obliged to publish or reply to any submission. 8. Newsletter
Subscribing to RCG Jumma is optional and requires your explicit consent. You can ask us to stop sending it at any time through the contact form.
9. Availability and changes to the Site
The Site is under active development. We may add, change, suspend or remove features or content at any time, and we do not promise that the Site will always be available or error-free.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RCG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its content or on third-party sites. We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version. By continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction in which the operator of Real Cinema Ghar is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
