Original editorial material published by Real Cinema Ghar may be protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The Real Cinema Ghar name, logo and branding, and the original design and materials of the Site, may also be protected. Please do not copy, republish or reuse them without our permission, except as the law allows (for example, quoting briefly with credit and a link).
Third-party material
Film titles, posters, stills, trailers, logos, names, images and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. Real Cinema Ghar does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because it appears on, or is referred to on, the Site. Mentions of films, shows, brands and people are for identification, information and commentary.
Images
We aim to use images that we created, that we are licensed to use, or that are supplied by rights holders for editorial use, and to credit them where appropriate. We do not claim that every image on the Site is owned or licensed by us. Some artwork currently shown on the Site is original placeholder graphics used while the Site is developed.
Reporting a copyright concern
If you are a copyright owner, or act for one, and believe material on the Site is used without authorisation, please tell us. Use the contact form and choose “Copyright / Content Concern”. To help us act quickly, please include:
- your name and how to reach you;
- a description of the work you say has been used without permission;
- the exact web address (URL) of the material on our Site;
- a statement that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised.
What we do next
We review genuine copyright and content concerns. Depending on what we find, we may remove or correct the material, add a credit, or contact you for more information. Please make sure that your report is accurate; knowingly false claims may have legal consequences.
